We’re hiring: Operations Manager (Sales-Driven) – Lubumbashi
Tramigo Africa is an international IoT and connectivity company helping businesses across Sub-Saharan Africa gain real-time visibility and control over their vehicles, assets, and field operations. We combine tracking, data intelligence, and eSIM-enabled cellular communication devices to support fleet management, security, and operational decision-making.
In the DRC, our business is growing rapidly — especially in mining and industrial operations, where visibility, control, and reliable data are critical. Lubumbashi is a strategic growth hub for us, and we are now strengthening our local team to support this expansion.
To support this momentum, we are hiring a sales-minded, numbers-strong Operations Manager to run the operational and commercial backbone of our Lubumbashi business.

This is an office-based role, but it is not a passive back-office position.
Your core mission
You will own and manage the sales operations, CRM, numbers, and daily control of Tramigo’s Lubumbashi regional business — ensuring that data, invoices, stock, and renewals are accurate, fast, and reliable.
Key responsibilities
Sales and CRM (Odoo)
- Own daily CRM usage and data quality
- Ensure leads are properly managed and followed up
- Track and report on the sales pipeline
- Prepare pro-forma invoices, sales orders, and payment follow-ups
- Ensure figures in the system always match reality
Numbers and control
- Full ownership of invoicing and sales documentation
- Work confidently with pricing, quantities, and reports
- Identify and correct errors immediately
Inventory and subscriptions
- Control stock reports and movements (Excel → Odoo)
- Ensure physical stock accountability
- Track subscription renewals and coordinate actions with sales
General operations
- Coordinate daily office processes
- Support sales with larger proposals
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners
Who we’re looking for
- Sales-minded operations professional
- Strong numerical skills (this is essential)
- Fast learner, detail-oriented, and hands-on
- Confident, proactive, and reliable
- Comfortable working independently
- Experience in a performance-driven environment
- Fluent in English, French, and Swahili (This post is in English on purpose)
